Welcome to the Wellbeing Huba space for mind, body, and community.

We bring people together through yoga, kids’ yoga, gardening, and mental health support — nurturing health, happiness, and connection for all. These activities are offered for the benefit of the local community, and to strengthen social cohesion.

🧘 Yoga for All
Gentle sessions open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Improve flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Runs weekly over the weekend at the Temple — join anytime.


👶 Kids’ Yoga
Playful, age-appropriate yoga that builds focus, confidence, and healthy habits for children. Runs weekly over the weekend at the Temple — enroll your child and be part of the fun.


🌱 Garden Club
Learn to grow herbs, and flowers while promoting sustainability. Share gardening tips with Temple Community. Held during the summer months at the Temple — come along and grow together.


💭 Confidential Counselling Sessions – Mental Health

We offer free, confidential counselling sessions led by a certified counsellor. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space to strengthen resilience, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing. Held on alternate Saturdays, each 50‑minute session is open to anyone aged 16 and above at the Temple in Bucksburn.

The counselling provides professional support for stress, anxiety, low mood, relationships, life transitions, and neurodiversity (including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia). All discussions are strictly confidential, ensuring participants can share openly and receive guidance in a respectful and caring environment.
